Red 60% Carménère / 40% Grenache Noir
The pre-fermentation blending of Grenache and Syrah right from the vatting phase gives this wine an aromatic range based on very ripe red and black fruit, offering roundness and smoothness.
Very pleasant with all types of cooked meats, grilled, fried or stir-fried white meat as well as all types of barbecues.
White 60% Grenache blanc / 40% Muscat
This bottle’s secret is our pebbles, which release the heat to our grapes every night that has been accumulated during the day. With slow and steady maturation, as well as fermentation at low temperature (13°), this wine offers a floral bouquet associated with delicate and long lasting aromas.
It is the perfect accompaniment for fine fish, seafood and shellfish.
ROSÉ 70% Grenache noir / 30% Cinsault
This rosé wine offers both the personality of Grenache and the character of Syrah. The harvested grapes are cold pressed with only the first run of juices being set aside to produce this traditional vintage. It is extremely refined and is the perfect partner for the richness and savoury tastes of cold cuts or cold dishes with vegetables.
This wine should be enjoyed within two years of harvest.
